Curriculum Development and Organizational Improvement

Figure 8 developed the cultural competency curriculum for training 1000 managers for the Dept. of human Services in the State of Oregon and then delivered 25 sessions of the training to over 600 DHS managers.

Relationship Development

Figure 8 developed and delivered a full day of diversity training to the entire staff of Heritage High School in Vancouver, Washington. There were 125 staff members in attendance.

Education and Organizational Improvement

Figure 8 developed and delivered an all-day poverty training to teachers in the David Douglas School District in Portland, Oregon.
